SSA not working? What to try

Website won't load

Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R), then a private window. If it loads there, clear the site's cookies and cache or disable extensions.

Can't log in

Login loops are often a stale session: clear cookies for the site or log out everywhere and back in. If many people report login problems at once, it's on their side.

Rule out your own connection

  • Check whether other sites load. If nothing loads, the problem is your internet connection.
  • Restart your router or switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data.
  • Turn off any VPN, ad blocker or DNS filter and try again.

SSA status FAQ

Is SSA down right now?

No. Our last check of SSA just now found it up and responding. This page updates every 5 minutes.

Why is SSA not working for me?

If this page shows SSA as up, the problem is most likely on your side: your browser, app, Wi-Fi, DNS or VPN. Try a private window, another device, or mobile data. If it fails everywhere and other people are reporting problems, it's an outage.

When was the last SSA outage?

We haven't recorded a confirmed SSA outage in the last 90 days. We count an outage when SSA fails our checks for at least 10 minutes in a row.

How do I check SSA status?

This page checks SSA every 5 minutes from our server and shows the result, response times and outage history.

Can I get an alert when SSA goes down?

Yes. Add SSA (or your own website) as a monitor in Notifier and you'll get an email, SMS or phone call alert the moment it stops responding. The free plan covers 10 monitors. Start monitoring free.
