IRS not working? What to try

Website won't load

Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R), then a private window. If it loads there, clear the site's cookies and cache or disable extensions.

Can't log in

Login loops are often a stale session: clear cookies for the site or log out everywhere and back in. If many people report login problems at once, it's on their side.

Files not syncing or uploading

Check that you have free storage, pause and resume sync, or try the web version. Large uploads are usually the first thing to fail during an outage.

Rule out your own connection
