Can't connect to games

Restart the console or launcher and check for updates. Don't reinstall during an outage; if others can't connect either, it's the servers.

Orders, bookings or tracking not updating

Don't place the same order twice. Check your confirmation email first; order and tracking pages often lag behind during an outage.

Rule out your own connection

  • Check whether other sites load. If nothing loads, the problem is your internet connection.
  • Restart your router or switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data.
  • Turn off any VPN, ad blocker or DNS filter and try again.
