Indeed not working? What to try

Website won't load

Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R), then a private window. If it loads there, clear the site's cookies and cache or disable extensions.

App not working

Force quit the app and reopen it, then check the App Store or Google Play for an update. Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data rules out your network.

Search not working

Try a different query or browser. If results are empty or erroring for simple searches, the search backend is likely having issues.

Rule out your own connection

  • Check whether other sites load. If nothing loads, the problem is your internet connection.
