The latest features, improvements, and announcements from Notifier.
Hey Notifier users! We've been heads down building since November and have some big updates to share. Here's what's new.
Every HTTPS monitor now automatically tracks your SSL certificate. There's nothing to set up. If your site uses HTTPS, we check your certificate every 24 hours and alert you at 30 days, 14 days, 7 days, and 1 day before it expires.
An expired SSL certificate doesn't just show a browser warning. Modern browsers block the connection entirely, which means zero visitors and zero sales until it's renewed. This feature is included free on all plans, including the Free tier.
You can see your certificate's expiration date and issuer right on the monitor detail page.
Schedule planned downtime without triggering false alerts. If you're doing a deployment, server migration, or scheduled maintenance, you can now create a maintenance window so Notifier knows not to alert you.
Set a name, start time, duration, and which monitors are affected. You can also set recurring windows (daily, weekly, or monthly) for regular maintenance schedules. During the window, checks are paused entirely and no incidents are created.
Available on all paid plans (Solo $4/mo and up).
Your customers can now subscribe to your status page and get notified automatically when something goes down or comes back up.
Visitors to your public status page will see a "Subscribe to Updates" button. They enter their email, confirm via a one-click link, and they're in. When an incident happens, subscribers get an email. When it's resolved, they get another one. They can even choose to subscribe to specific services instead of everything.
This means fewer support tickets during outages and more trust with your users. Available on Team ($19/mo) and Enterprise ($35/mo) plans.
You can now earn credits toward SMS and phone call alerts. We've added two ways to earn $0.50 in credits each:
Credits go directly to your team's wallet and can be used for SMS and voice call alerts. Available on all plans including Free.
We're continuing to focus on making Notifier the simplest, most reliable monitoring tool for teams of all sizes. If you have feature requests or feedback, hit us up at support@notifier.so or use the chat widget. We read everything and usually respond within minutes.
Thanks for using Notifier!

Hey Notifier users! Things are moving right along here at Notifier. Here are the biggest updates we've shipped recently.
We've made a massive amount of improvements to the front end experience with the new version of the interface. All known bugs have been completely cleaned up.
Twitter data connection is back up and live! Feel free to test it and let us know how it's working for you. We'll continue monitoring performance on our end.
LinkedIn support is basically done! We're pushing the beta into production today and will be testing it before the official announcement on Monday, November 10th. In the meantime, you can select LinkedIn as a platform and let us know how the results work for you.
We're actively working on several exciting features:
Check out these helpful resources we've released:
We've installed a new chat widget in the main application and on landing pages. You can now communicate with us almost instantly!
As always, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
Hey there, Notifier users,
Here's a brief update on what we released this morning and what we're working on next.
When inviting a user to a team, they now receive an invite in their Notifier account that they must accept before being added to the team. Currently, users must already be registered on Notifier to receive team invites, but very soon we'll allow you to invite external users who can create an account and accept the invite.
We're now displaying Instagram media in the user interface. All images should show up in the dashboard now. Unfortunately, videos require clicking a link to watch on Instagram, but let us know if you have feedback on this feature.
You can now view all AI credit and match credit transactions in your account. Go to Teams menu → AI Credit Transactions or Match Credit Transactions to see a complete listing of all transactions on your account.
We're working this week on adding the ability to purchase additional AI credits and match credits, so stay tuned for that.
You can now set your appropriate time zone at the account level. Go to Account Settings → Time Zone to select your time zone. This should change the display of times across the application and all emails. Let us know if you see any edge cases we haven't cleaned up yet.
We've added new tutorials into the user interface to help explain common questions. Keep an eye out for these, and we'll be adding more soon.
Lots of great improvements coming soon, so definitely stay tuned!
We've successfully completed rebuilding the entire Notifier.so user interface! All pages of the app have been migrated to our new, modern application framework.

Hi Notifier users,
We're excited to announce that LinkedIn support is coming soon to Notifier.so! We've developed a new approach for searching LinkedIn that we believe will be highly effective.
We're looking for existing customers to help us refine this feature before the full rollout. If you're interested in being part of our LinkedIn beta program, please reply to this email and let us know.
We've rolled out several fixes to address UI issues where team members were unable to view searcher results. These updates should resolve the access problems that some users experienced.
As always, if you encounter any issues with the platform, please continue to let us know. We're committed to fixing problems quickly to ensure you have the best experience possible.
You'll now find links in your dashboard to join our Discord server, where you can get instant help and connect with other Notifier users and our support team.
Thanks for your continued support as we keep improving the platform!
Best regards,
The Notifier.so Team
Hi Notifier users,
We've made significant improvements to our AI verification functionality and want to explain how the updated system works.
We're transitioning to an AI credits concept as we expand AI capabilities across the platform. Future AI features will include summaries that quickly condense large blocks of text, helping you determine relevance without reading everything.
Note: Currently, these are labeled as "AI Verifications" in your dashboard, but we'll be renaming them to "AI Credits" soon to reflect their expanded use across multiple AI features.
How AI Credits Work:
AI Verified Badge: When a result has been AI verified, you'll see an "AI Verified" badge on the result. Hover over the badge to see the AI's reasoning for verifying that result.
Rejected Results: AI-rejected results still appear in the interface but are immediately archived. Use the archive filter to view rejected results, and hover over the "AI Rejected" badge to see why the AI excluded it. You'll also see confirmation that you were charged one AI credit for verification but not charged for a match.
As we collect more data on AI verification costs, we may increase the limits included in each plan. AI credits may become more cost-effective over time as we optimize based on real usage data.
We're rebuilding the connect accounts page for the new application. You'll temporarily see both versions in the navigation, with the new page marked as "under development."
We're currently investigating a problem with the keyword testing functionality when adding or editing searchers. We'll have this fixed as soon as possible.
More updates and new functionality are coming soon. Thanks for your patience as we continue improving the platform!
Best regards,
The Notifier.so Team
