  1. You can tag a user on Reddit by either creating a new post or by opening a post that you want to comment on.

2. To proceed, type anything you want to post/comment and add /u/ before the Reddit username you want to tag. In this case, I typed in u/u/notifier-so as an example. 

3. Simply tap Post or Comment and your post/comment will appear in the thread with a link to the Reddit user’s profile.
