The latest news widget is a way to display all the updates for Notifier. With this widget, you will get a preview of all the latest news we post regarding Notifier on our blog. We write in detail about the new features added to Notifier, and how you can navigate our tool to make the most of it. We bet, you don’t want to miss out on all that!
The latest news widget pulls these updates and articles from our wordpress blog for you that are tagged under the category of “latest news”. A quick look on the widget will give you a preview of all the latest happenings with Notifier. You can then read the full feature on our blog by clicking on the read more button.
Why Did we Add this Update?
You may be wondering why we have included this widget on Notifier’s dashboard, especially if you have a technical background. There are multiple reasons for it. Let’s walk through them once by one.
First, we wanted a way to be able to find our latest news articles on the blog. We decided to build a UI on the admin dashboard but that would have been double the work. So we added the widget to make it easier to navigate the latest news articles on Notifier.
Secondly, we don’t want you to miss our detailed updates on the blog. There is a lot that has been updated with Notifier and much more that is in the pipeline. We want to keep you in the loop and educate you as we develop Notifier further.
By putting up the latest news widget on the home page of your Notifier profile, we want to keep you updated and take you along this journey. You can read about Notifier updates in detail on our blog by clicking on read more on the widget. We don’t want you to miss out on anything.
Thirdly, we don’t want to reimplement the functionality and features of a content management system.
Future Updates in the Pipeline
We have a couple of exciting and useful updates in the pipeline with the latest news widget. We are planning to include functionality to pull updates from a Notion page as well.
Moreover, we would also be adding functionality to make it easier for you to release latest news and content to your customers on all your social channels.
With this feature you would be able to include a latest news widget in your web application and with the parameters you set on Notifier, it would pull out those updates from your blog or Notion page and let it post it to your social channels including Twitter or even send out an email.
The idea with this is that you would be able to notify your customers of the latest updates.
