Throwing wouldn't have been a replacement to other actions, just an additional one. It'd already need to be balanced to deal less damage, lest the risk/reward become unbalanced. It's not some sort of <strong>meta</strong> or optimal strat option, simply another thing to do that could make gameplay fun. It might actually increase usage, if people knew they could just mess around with these.

Even worse — you finally grind the 90 fragments, and then they release new weapons that completely break the <strong>meta</strong> and your weapon becomes barely effective again.
This is for standard (going off of post flair) several of your cards are not standard legal.
Also standard decks are usually 60 cards + 15 for sideboard. When you make your deck larger you reduce its consistency.
Speaking of, I see a lot of 1 of cards. When you have a lot of 1 of or 2 of cards your deck becomes very inconsistent.
If you’re building this for standard format, I would look at the standard <strong>meta</strong> (just google it) and see what the most popular decks are.

Sigless Fufu is straight e better than Sigless Trigger.
As to why you see one more often than the other, is because of role/element overlap. Fufu overlaps somewhat will Lighter, but in relevant cases, Lighter still wins. And Lighter's relevant cases are still <strong>meta</strong> relevant.
Trigger's relevant use cases, aside from SAnby, include using her with Seed and (kinda)Yanagi, and these agents see greater use than anything else, outside of Yixuan, is left for Fufu.

If you play with randoms, which many of us do, "socially restricted" often involves arguements with anti-social people, by asocial people who really hate arguing and will often give in to assholes who stand their ground when asked to meet a bracket intention. For basic decks, you can just pick a pack to keep buying and find an archetype that youre interested in. Then mash up a bunch of those cards and try it out, adding tweaks and buying packs finding the strategy as you go.

Yeah, that seems to be how Necrons in general have played over the editions; get a LOT of characters on the board to buff up your units and play for overlapping auras, buffs, and synergies. mid roll is actually pretty decent in ds1 PvP, its pretty much just for the dueling <strong>meta</strong> though.
the move speed penalty is pretty rough when invading and trying to use the level design to your advantage. but with mid roll you dont need to roll ever, you either tank that shit with big poise or hold up shield.
