Hi Notifier Users!
I’ve been having great conversations with many of you about the various ways you’re using Notifier, and I wanted to share an interesting use case I recently discovered through one of our existing customers.
One of the agencies we work with has been successfully using Notifier to monitor Reddit for lead opportunities for their dental clients. Their approach is simple but effective: for each dentist they represent, they set up Notifier alerts for mentions of the keyword “dentist” in specific city subreddits.
For example, they monitor the San Diego subreddit, and anytime someone mentions “dentist” there, they receive a notification. This has proven incredibly valuable because Reddit users frequently ask for dentist recommendations in these local community forums. Even more valuable are those massive threads that occasionally pop up where someone posts specifically looking for dentist recommendations in their area – these represent perfect opportunities for their clients to jump in and introduce their services.
What I love about this strategy is how straightforward it is – the agency sets up alerts for their dental clients, who then receive email notifications whenever relevant discussions appear in their target subreddits. They can immediately engage with these threads, positioning their dental practice as the solution to the Reddit user’s search.
Of course, this approach isn’t limited to dentistry. If you run a mobile car detailing business, plumbing service, or any other local business, you could adapt this same strategy. The key is thinking creatively about how monitoring Reddit could generate leads for your specific industry.
I encourage you to consider: if you could monitor all of Reddit simultaneously, what valuable insights might you discover for your business? Set up a search and start investigating!
And don’t forget to take advantage of our AI-based verification feature we rolled out several months ago. It helps filter your results further, ensuring you only receive the most relevant notifications.
I’d love to hear how you’re using Notifier! Please reply to this email and share your experience – your unique use case might inspire our next featured strategy.
