It's so funny seeing the advice from men on here to other men whenever a king is discussing how he's not having much luck meeting anyone, and half the comments are guys being like, "You have to go to the gym and work on improving yourself." First off, why does every guy on here always assume that the guy doesn't already go to the gym? I've gone to the gym for the past 17 years of my life and never miss a day, and guys on here automatically assume since I'm venting about dating that I'm just sitting at home being lazy and am out of shape. Newsflash: I weigh 210 lbs. of muscle, and my Tinder and Hinge likes aren't popping off. But that's besides the point. Women -- at least from my point of view -- don't really put much value into guys who go above and beyond to be fit. Yeah, sure, they may want to date a guy who is healthy and active, but I don't think many of them (beyond those who are serious into lifting themselves) can look at a guy and say, "He can definitely bench 225 lbs. a handful of times" For all the focus guys put into getting big legs, I probably see more dudes out there with skinny ass runners chicken legs who have more girlfriends. When I'm at the gym, the guys who are there with their girlfriends are far from the biggest guys in the room. It's fine if you're working out for yourself and your own health/goals, but let's stop the narrative that packing on muscle at the gym is going to draw in women's attention when the reality is more so that they'd be okay if you ran or hiked a few times a week, did some moderate weightlifting workouts, and ate healthy to keep relatively trim. It's more so about aesthetics than it is about size with most women.

Since it is skeletons you have a drawback of the arm being weak to levering the shield off, with a bret knight, a high elf or a Stegadon Howdah you might be able to pop it off without tearing the arm out. However it is a skeleton arm, so you can actually replace it with a bit of paper clip and putty for minimal effort. [Here are a couple of my VC kitbashes I made with some skeleton spares when I was out of shield arms you'll have to excuse the half done paint job](https://i.imgur.com/NjukHFC.jpg) The one in the middle literally just has a slightly embeleshed bit of paper clip for an arm, since skeltons are getting beaten up and broken, you see it in the jaws and the ribcages, why not a couple of arms too. Skeleton on the right has a slightly more ambitious bent bit of clip with a small amount of shaping to match the bones on the other side, he's just down a hand. Left skeleton (skeleton leg day) has got a really crummy hand, just a ball of putty with some groves where the finger bones are supposed to be. [But that's fine once the shield goes on](https://i.imgur.com/7VXFCmp.jpg) because even when you are angling the camera down Legday's blouse you are only just going to see the hand and it is hand shaped enough for that. Most of the time you'll be looking at it like [this](https://i.imgur.com/HYgSthl.jpg) or from the [side](https://i.imgur.com/O8mbuuO.jpg) As TK you have even bigger shields to hide your sins, and you could do a neater job then this without much skill or effort, I did a really quick patch on these guys. Yanking the arm wouldn't be my first choice, but if you can't solve it a different way I think you can fix it this way.

HIIT/Sprints in addition to lifting weights?

hello strong friends, I’m hoping someone has advice or experience on squeezing in sprints to my upper/lower weightlifting routine. I’ve been looking for info online but am finding conflicting information. Currently I lift 4x a week, upper body on Monday and Thursday, lower body on Tuesday and Friday. Wednesday I stretch and I might do light cardio, Saturday I’m trying to work in some kind of HIIT training, and Sunday I rest like a giant panda :) If I’m deadlifting and hip thrusting the day before, is it unsafe to do interval sprints on Saturday? Would it be better to sprint on the same day as a lower body day? Or should I shift lower days to Mon/Thurs and sprint on Saturday to allow one day of recovery between each “leg day” instead of two & the back-to-back day? Would it be better to drop sprints altogether and find a different plan for HIIT cardio? Lastly, am I making any sense haha What are your ladies schedules for weightlifting and HIIT/cardio?

Yea I definitely recommend BBB - it's the most popular template. 2-3 accessories sounds a bit overkill but if you're only doing 2-3 sets of each I guess you could get away with it. I only do 1 accessory on leg days and 2 on arm days. The most important thing when starting 5/3/1 is to start with weight lighter than you think you should do. And keep accessory volume low when you start. The first few cycles of the program should be very easy. But every cycle, gradually increase the weight of your main lifts (you'll need to read up to get more specifics on how this works) and gradually increase the volume of your accessories. You might even keep your accessory work to the end of your workout to make sure it's not interfering with your main lifts. If you do 3x a week, you can just use the 4x per week schedule, just spread it out over more days; hope that makes sense. Sounds like you should be all set with your home gym!

You can definitely go to OTF, but this should not be your main workout. I think the 4x a month/ once a week plan would be ideal for you to keep up your cardiovascular fitness. Here’s why: 1. OTF burns a lot of calories. It is a HIIT (mostly cardio) focused workout. Yes, we do some resistance and strength training, but it just isn’t done for a significant amount of time. 2. As others have stated, to gain muscle you will need to progress overload with the weights. OTF is too randomized of workouts to give you the consistency you’ll need. I recommend doing a normal gym membership with a weight floor or building out your own at home if you have the means. Focus on eating a lot more protein and eating more in general. Lift weights! I recommend trying the typical bro split to start (leg day, upper body (pick two groups like biceps and shoulders, or do a push or pull day).

And the funny part about wanting the guy to have a trim waist is that usually involves not doing much leg day because leg day tends to give you a thick solid core, and cardio (whicv leans out legs) tends to help out more there. I would argue most guys don’t put much effort behind shoulders either, because a narrow back and shoulders helps their arms look bigger plus fit into clothes better. Mine are huge and broad, and women aren’t complimenting me on them, but dudes are definitely haha

Dude skipped leg day so he could go overtime on his jaw day.

Guys always be telling other guys to go to the gym in order to be more attractive while women literally couldn't guess how much you bench or care if you never skip leg day

Post leg day :)

Legit all I do is squat bench and pull-ups, 3 days a week. Sprinkle in some rucks, long runs, and weighted step ups on all the other days and it’s leg day every fuckin day boyeeee.

What the fuck did you just fucking say, you little bitch? I'll have you know I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals, and I've been involved in numerous secret raids on Al-Quaeda, and I have over 300 confirmed kills and I NEVER SKIP LEG DAY! I am trained in gorilla warfare and I'm the top sniper in the entire US armed forces. You are nothing to me but just another target. I will wipe you the fuck out with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, mark my fucking words. You think you can get away with saying that shit about leg day over the Internet? Think again, fucker. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of powerlifters across the USA and your IP is being traced right now so you better prepare for the storm, maggot. The storm that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your legs. You're fucking dead, kid. I can hit legs anywhere, anytime, and I can kill you in over seven hundred ways, and that's just with my bare legs. Not only am I extensively trained in unarmed combat, but I have access to the entire arsenal of the United States Leg Corps and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your miserable ass off the face of the continent, you legless shit. If only you could have known what unholy retribution your little "clever" comment was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have held your fucking tongue. But you couldn't, you didn't, and now you're paying the price, you goddamn idiot. I will shit fury all over your puny weak legs and you will drown in it. You're fucking IMBALANCED, kiddo.

You: >You do have freedom is speech. Who said you didn’t? Also you: >You have no right to comment on other people’s bodies. >So it’s okay to bully someone who has an acting job requiring them to be attractive and/or buff? You gonna bully Scarlett Johansson too? Actually I don't care about any of it really except the fact that the dude skips leg day which isn't cool. If Scarlett Johansson did too I'd call her out as well lol. Just saying your logic is contradictory. Getting mad at me for 'bOdY shAmiNg' while ignoring their much bigger contributions. You're the one that's a hypocrite ;)
