If your source of tuna is from a can or pouches, it’s really pretty lean. Unless you’re getting albacore and I’d limit that to two servings per week due to mercury. Those leg glycogen stores are really low.

Leg press and hack squats are arguably better for quad growth, again high reps (10-20) seem to be the ticket. Check out some John Meadows leg workouts for some guidance on structuring your leg days.
